30 minutes--$85
45 minutes--$100
60 minutes--$115
75 minutes--$130
90 minutes--$145

Zelle, cash, checks, and all major credit cards accepted.
There is a fee of half the regular fee for missed appointments or appointments cancelled with less than 24hrs notice (except in the case of illness or emergency).
With a prescription/referral on file I can provide detailed receipts for full or partial reimbursement from health or PIP insurance, check with your health plan.
